Updated April 14th, 2026 from a café in Palermo Hollywood, Buenos Aires—my favorite neighborhood in the city.

What’s This Page?

Since taking my business fully online in 2018, I’ve moved over 10 times to different cities in the U.S., Europe, and now South America. I’ve also traveled a fair amount.

So understandably, people don’t always know where I am and what I’m up to. And many people are kind enough to ask.

So I’m taking a page out of Derek Sivers’ book, and creating this “now” page. Unlike an “about” page, it’ll actually tell you what I’m up to at the moment.

Where Am I Based Now?

I’m currently in Buenos Aires, and have been since last November.

I’m definitely staying until August, at which point I should be able to extend my visa until early next year.

But everything visa-related has been a nightmare, logistically, so I won’t breathe a sigh of relief until the extension approved.

Either way, I’m taking off in late August or early September for at least a month.

First, I’m going to one of my best friend’s weddings in Rhode Island, and seeing a bunch of family and friends in the area. After that, I’m off to London, the Scottish Highlands, and maybe Ireland.

I’d be surprised if I wasn’t back in Buenos Aires by October.

At this point, it feels like home.

“What’s the Long-Term Plan?”

Good question.

As much as I love it here, staying comes with some big trade-offs:

  • Not being around family and friends
  • Not having much of a personality unless somebody speaks English (I’m working on my Spanish — but it’s still extremely limited)
  • Not being able to conveniently get anywhere (Buenos Aires is VERY far south)

There are a few more, but these are the big ones.

So I could see myself spending a good portion of the year here, another portion in the U.S. — probably Miami, NYC, or the Providence area — and at least some time on the road.

Work

My latest group coaching program — Fitter in 50: Summer Edition — just kicked off.

The doors are now closed until later this year or early next. You can read about how the program usually works, and join the private waitlist for the next one here.

In the meantime, you can apply for private coaching any time!

Here are all the details, and the application.

That’s it for updates at the moment!

And if you haven’t already, be sure to request a free copy of the One-Stop Nutrition Guide.

It includes my go-to grocery list, 20+ high protein meals, healthy snacks, supplement recommendations, and more. And I give it away to every new member of my private email list.
