A very select few make it into February.

By March, virtually every dieter is back to the cycle of:

✕ Recommitting to yet another strict plan to “kickstart” weight loss

✕ Starting off the week really strong… before fizzling out over the weekend

✕ Spiraling and self-sabotaging as soon as you’re “off track”

✕ Seeing the scale spike on Monday and losing motivation

At which point, you mostly resign to the fact that this year will be like every other year:

A wave of consistency.

A backward slide.

Rinse, repeat.

Rinse, repeat.

It’s exhausting.

Fortunately, however, it doesn’t have to be. There IS a way out of this cycle.

Take it from Tina, who used to struggle with self-sabotage every time she fell “off track”:

Or my very own mom, who was able to lose 60+ pounds and keep it off with relative ease:

Or Marissa, who maintains her leanness year-round while still traveling and socializing:

Their secret?

It’s two-fold:

  1. NOT coming out of the gate too hot. This takes a level of restraint, patience, and perspective most dieters lack
  2. Focusing only on the highest yield things: the things that produce the best results with the LEAST time and effort

Most people do neither:

✕ They commit to WAY too much out of the gate… and act like this time will be different than any other. Only to crash and burn weeks later, and feel worse

✕ They focus on the wrong things — like avoiding sugar or bread, doing lots of cardio and classes, and trying to make the scale go down as fast as possible

The result: hanging on by a thread every week, having little to show for it… then burning out altogether.

That’s where The Spring Surge — my NEW group coaching program — comes in.

As the name suggests, I created this program for women who want a post-New Year’s push to stay consistent.

But that’s only part of the equation.

During this seven week sprint, you’ll also learn:

✓ How to NOT use all your motivation “in advance“… so you finally stick to your plan long enough to get results

✓ Which focal points move the needle in a major way — and which things you can stop concerning yourself with (a lifesaver for busy, social people)

✓ How to navigate the real-life obstacles that typically derail people from their plan

✓ How to STOP throwing in the towel every time you’re unable to be perfect (most people’s post-New Year’s pitfall)

The framework you’ll use has helped 250+ women lose thousands of pounds and inches over the last 7+ years:

Here’s everything you need to know about the program:

(Q) What’s The Spring Surge?

The Spring Surge is the first group coaching program I’ve offered in 3+ years.

(Q) Who’s it for?

For women who want to:

  • Be more consistent than ever with strategic restraint and flexibility
  • STOP wasting time on anything that doesn’t produce great results
  • Learn how to ebb and flow with life’s inevitable curveballs
  • Make this stuff a lifestyle — not an annual health kick

So you look and feel noticeably different — without doing anything extreme or unsustainable:

(Q) Who’s it NOT for?

Anybody who isn’t open to the following:

  • Meal planning and tracking
  • Prioritizing sustainability > rapid scale change
  • Training hard 2-3 days per week
  • Questioning longstanding beliefs and habits
  • Actively participating in the group (~10 minutes per week)
  • Supporting other members

In fact, the community element is one of the biggest benefits!

That way, when things get hard… you have other people to look to for inspiration and accountability.

(Q) How does the group actually work?

A small group of women will be accepted in the program and added to a private Facebook group. I’ll personally post in the group 4-5 times per week to discuss that week’s focal points.

Members will also receive:

✔ A personalized nutrition plan
✔ My VIP Transformation Manual
✔ Habit and progress trackers
✔ At-home and gym-based workouts
✔ Two private check-ins for extra support and accountability

But again, an intelligent, well-structured plan is only half the equation. The ongoing support and accountability is what really moves the needle:

(Q) When does it start? How long is it?

This program launches on Monday, March 10th, and goes until Friday, April 25th, for a total of seven weeks.

(Q) What kind of results can I expect?

This obviously varies person to person — but losing 5-8+ pounds and inches is extremely realistic during this stretch. You may not feel like this is a lot, but that’s 30-40+ pounds per year. That’s no joke.

Plus, with the way you’ll approach things: you’ll actually KEEP your results.*

*Week 7 of the program is singularly focused on this: showing you how to maintain, long-term. This is the missing link in most short-term programs.

(Q) What about workouts?

I’m creating two programs for this: one that can be done at home, and one for at the gym. All you need access to is reasonably heavy dumbbells, and an adjustable bench.

You’ll also get hundreds of exercise demos, training tips, and more.

(Q) How much does the group cost?

The program starts at just $60 per week: less than half of the private coaching investment.

Members of the VIP waitlist will have the opportunity to join for even less. Which means you’ll be able to swap one meal out, or a few drinks for the program investment — something that makes sense to do anyway for fat loss.

Many members also save money after joining, after making more of their own meals, and drinking very little to make the process easier.

(Q) Is there anything else I need to know?

Yes.

Candidly, I’m not sure when I’ll offer another group coaching program — and when I do, it won’t be for this rate.

(I’ve kept group coaching rates roughly the same since 2019, to keep things as accessible as possible.)

So if you’ve even on the fence, and want early access and a special rate that won’t be offered anywhere else…

Email me here and I’ll add you to the VIP waitlist.

It doesn’t commit you to anything. You’ll just get first dibs on a spot, and that special rate if you want in!

Questions?

Again, here’s my email.

I’m very no pressure, and want you to be 100% comfortable with the program details before moving forward.
