I started training clients 12 years ago, back when I thought I wanted to work with NBA and NFL-bound athletes.
A few twists and turns later, I found myself working with regular people who simply wanted to lose fat without doing anything extreme — and actually maintain those results.
The natural progression was to go all in on nutrition and lifestyle coaching, so I could help my clients navigate the 160+ hours per week not spent training: the hours that make or break fat loss.
To say this has been fun and rewarding is an understatement:
