What’s This Page?

Since taking my business fully online in 2018, I’ve moved over 10 times to different cities in the U.S., Europe, and now South America. I’ve also traveled a fair amount.

So understandably, people don’t always know where I am and what I’m up to. And many people are kind enough to ask.

So I’m taking a page out of Derek Sivers’ book, and creating this “now” page. Unlike an “about” page, it’ll actually tell you what I’m up to at the moment.

Where Am I Living?

I spent much of this year in Buenos Aires, before heading to New York last month to see my family and friends.

My twin brother and I were also able to celebrate our 30th together:

Zach is two minutes older, and yes: we’re fraternal

After New York, I left for Miami to see more friends (Miami was the first place I lived outside of my hometown). Now I’ll be back in Buenos Aires for most of the summer (December-March).

There are the obvious appeals — the city’s beauty, walkability, food, weather, etc. — but what has really made this place feel like home is the people. For the first time in a while, I don’t feel like I’m passing through. I have a legitimate sense of community.

A grainy-ish photo — but some of the crew!

Mi Español

Everybody’s favorite follow-up: “So how’s your Spanish?”

Prior to leaving for New York, I was getting slightly less bad — but it’s crazy how rusty I feel after even a few weeks in the U.S., and not hearing it as often (even in Miami). So I’m eager to be immersed again, and continue my journey toward conversational.

(Here’s a podcast I did on language learning.)

Work

Occasionally, people wonder what the latest is with work, too — since the way I’ve helped people has evolved over the last 12 years.

My singular focus is still helping frustrated dieters break out of the yo-yo cycle, and never look back.

I do this via very high touch, hands-on nutrition and lifestyle coaching. You can learn all about the program here!

Next Stops

After getting a taste of summer here, I’m off to Australia in late February to see friends near Brisbane, Melbourne, and eventually Perth.

(Namely, my guy Adam Martin: who you might remember as the only repeat guest on my podcast.)

After Perth, nothing is technically solidified besides an October trip to the U.S. But as I keep mentioning, I’d be surprised if most of 2025 wasn’t spent in Buenos Aires, too.

That’s it for updates at the moment.

If you want to reach out say hello, or if I can be helpful in any way: don’t hesitate to shoot me an email! I mean it when I say I’m always happy to chat.

And if you haven’t already, be sure to request a free copy of the One-Stop Nutrition Guide.

It includes my go-to grocery list, 20+ high protein meals, healthy snacks, supplement recommendations, and more. And I give it away to every new member of my private email list.

Just tell me where to send it:
