What’s This Page?
Since taking my business fully online in 2018, I’ve moved over 10 times to different cities in the U.S., Europe, and now South America. I’ve also traveled a fair amount.
So understandably, people don’t always know where I am and what I’m up to. And many people are kind enough to ask.
So I’m taking a page out of Derek Sivers’ book, and creating this “now” page. Unlike an “about” page, it’ll actually tell you what I’m up to at the moment.
Where Am I Based Now?
I’m back in Buenos Aires, Argentina after spending some time in Australia.
I started near Brisbane, did a road trip through Sydney and Melbourne, and eventually settled in Perth with my good friend Adam Martin.

As Adam I talked about beforehand and while I was there… Perth seems like a wonderful place to have a quiet life with a family — but that’s not what I’m after right now.
I’m a city guy.
I love the pace and energy.
Especially in Buenos Aires: one of the most beautiful places I’ve lived. I can’t get enough of the tree-lined streets, park culture, and architecture. I feel like I could wander for hours — and often do.
Plus I’ve made incredible friends here, which has 10x’d my enjoyment of the city.
It’s been good to be back.

The next time I leave for a while will be in October, when I go to Massachusetts (my home state) for a wedding and guest lecture.

For the last month or so, I was pretty singularly focused on launching my new group coaching program: Fitter in 50.
So it wouldn’t be fair of me to say I’ve prioritized Spanish.
I’ve basically done just enough to maintain.
But now that the group is launched (here’s how to join the next one), I plan on prioritizing this more again.
Work
As I just mentioned, Fitter in 50 is now underway!
So alongside my private coaching clients, I’m now working with a small community of women who want to lose 5-12 pounds over the next 50 days, and actually keep it off.
