Updated January 23rd, 2025, from my apartment in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
What’s This Page?
Since taking my business fully online in 2018, I’ve moved over 10 times to different cities in the U.S., Europe, and now South America. I’ve also traveled a fair amount.
So understandably, people don’t always know where I am and what I’m up to. And many people are kind enough to ask.
So I’m taking a page out of Derek Sivers’ book, and creating this “now” page. Unlike an “about” page, it’ll actually tell you what I’m up to at the moment.
Where Am I Based Now?
I’m currently in Buenos Aires, which was also my home base for much of 2024.
I fell in love with everything I expected to: the city’s beauty, walkability, food, weather, etc. But what has really made this place feel like home for me is the people. To say I’ve been welcomed with open arms is an understatement.

Vivi, Lucas, Caro, and Mili: some of my best friends here in BsAs
Admittedly, I’m not sure what’s next.
I booked a February-March trip to Perth, Australia several months ago (when Buenos Aires was still new to me) to hang with my good friend Adam Martin — who you might remember as “the no breakfast guy” from my podcast.
(See Episodes #2 and #34.)
He’s quite the Perth advocate and salesman… so there’s a chance I set up shop longer. We’ll see in a month or two!
Mi Español
My Spanish isn’t nearly as good as it “should be” after spending so much time in Buenos Aires.
All my friends are bilingual, and extremely accommodating — so I’ve gotten complacent with studying and practicing at times. (Nobody’s fault but my own, of course.)
That said, my comprehension is absolutely improving. So now I just need to stop accepting “zero progress” days, and actually push myself to speak — even if it’s in broken Spanglish.
(If the topic interests you, here’s a podcast I did on language learning.)
Work
Occasionally, people wonder what the latest is with work, too — since the way I’ve helped people has evolved over the last 12+ years.
My singular focus is still helping frustrated dieters break out of the yo-yo cycle, and never look back.
I do this via very high touch, hands-on nutrition and lifestyle coaching. You can learn all about the program here.
That’s it for updates at the moment.
If you want to reach out say hello, or if I can be helpful in any way: don’t hesitate to shoot me an email! I mean it when I say I’m always happy to chat.
And if you haven’t already, be sure to request a free copy of the One-Stop Nutrition Guide.
It includes my go-to grocery list, 20+ high protein meals, healthy snacks, supplement recommendations, and more. And I give it away to every new member of my private email list.
Just tell me where to send it:
