Updated September 2oth, 2024, from my coworking space in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It’s finally feeling like spring, which officially begins tomorrow (“Día de la Primavera”).

What’s This Page?

Since taking my business fully online in 2018, I’ve moved over 10 times to different cities in the U.S., Europe, and now South America. I’ve also traveled a fair amount.

So understandably, people don’t always know where I am and what I’m up to. And many people are kind enough to ask.

So I’m taking a page out of Derek Sivers’ book, and creating this “now” page. Unlike an “about” page, it’ll actually tell you what I’m up to at the moment.

My Current Homebase

I left Massachusetts for Buenos Aires earlier this year, and man has it exceeded my (already optimistic) expectations.

Going full tourist mode in front of “El Obelisco”

The city is beautiful to walk. The food is up my alley. The “winter” was quite bearable compared to New England, where I grew up. Above all else… the people I’ve met here are incredible. They’ve welcomed me with open arms.

For the first time in a while, I don’t feel like I’m passing through. I have a legitimate sense of community here.

Mi Español

Everybody’s favorite follow-up: “So how’s your Spanish?”

The honest answer is not great — but I’m making an effort to be slightly less bad every day. And again, the people I’ve connected with have made a world of difference. Especially on the days I feel like a lost cause.

(Here’s a podcast I did on language learning.)

Upcoming Travel & Moves

I plan on visiting New York in November, to see my family and celebrate my 30th with my twin brother, Zach.

Our heads have always been enormous, yes

We’re pretty spread out, geographically, and Zach is in the military — so we’re not able to get together often.

After the birthday shindig, I’ll head to Miami with one of my best friends, work remotely, then head back to Buenos Aires for the summer (December-February). The only thing planned after (for now) is Australia next March and April.

After that… we’ll see!

That’s largely it for updates at the moment.

If you want to reach out say hello, or if I can be helpful in any way: don’t hesitate to shoot me an email! I mean it when I say I’m always happy to chat.

And if you haven’t already, be sure to request a free copy of the One-Stop Nutrition Guide.

It includes my go-to grocery list, 20+ high protein meals, healthy snacks, supplement recommendations, and more. And I give it away to every new member of my private email list.
