What’s This Page?

Since taking my business fully online in 2018, I’ve moved over 10 times to different cities in the U.S., Europe, and now South America. I’ve also traveled a fair amount.

So understandably, people don’t always know where I am and what I’m up to. And many people are kind enough to ask.

So I’m taking a page out of Derek Sivers’ book, and creating this “now” page. Unlike an “about” page, it’ll actually tell you what I’m up to at the moment.

Where Am I Based Now?

I’m currently in Perth, Australia, for at least another few weeks.

I arrived two weeks ago, after doing a weeklong road trip through Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne to see more of the country.

So far, I’m loving:

  • How much earlier everything is (10PM dinners are pretty typical in Buenos Aires: where I spent most of 2024)
  • Speaking English and feeling like I have a personality again (my Spanish is very elementary*)
  • The weather
  • Spending time with my buddy Adam (“The No Breakfast Guy” from Episodes #2 and #34 of Transformation Talks)

Things I’m missing:

  • Being in a city — especially one as beautiful as Buenos Aires
  • Being able to walk everywhere
  • My friends (I now have a wonderful crew there)
  • Latin food

By early April, I’ll decide whether to stay in Perth longer, or head back to Buenos Aires. I don’t plan on visiting the U.S. again until October, for a friend’s wedding and a guest lecture.

*It’ll get better with time and practice, of course. But language acquisition is (apparently) not my strong suit — so I often get frustrated or discouraged.

When I visited New York and Miami last November and December, I didn’t practice my Spanish nearly enough, and came back to Buenos Aires rusty.

I didn’t want to do that again.

So I’ve been pretty good about 20-30 minutes per day, and feel like I’m at least maintaining.

Work

For the first time in three years, I just launched a group coaching program: The Spring Surge!

Over 20 women snagged a spot, and are well on their way to losing 5-10 pounds of fat over the next 6-7 weeks.
