Updated February 7th, 2026 from my apartment in Palermo, Buenos Aires. I plan on spending most of this year here.

What’s This Page?

Since taking my business fully online in 2018, I’ve moved over 10 times to different cities in the U.S., Europe, and now South America. I’ve also traveled a fair amount.

So understandably, people don’t always know where I am and what I’m up to. And many people are kind enough to ask.

So I’m taking a page out of Derek Sivers’ book, and creating this “now” page. Unlike an “about” page, it’ll actually tell you what I’m up to at the moment.

Where Am I Based Now?

After bouncing between the Buenos Aires, Perth (Australia), and the U.S. over the last 18 months… I’m back in Buenos Aires for the foreseeable future.

It took a month-long saga to get the visa I needed, but we’re good now: six months to start (February-July), with the option to extend another six (to February of next year).

Why here?

Top of the list is the community I’ve been welcomed into here. This is one of the only times in my life I’ve felt at home, and not just like I’m passing through.

Some of the crew

The city itself checks basically every box for me, too:

  • Extremely walkable
  • Very green with beautiful architecture
  • Public transit
  • Good food (though limited options outside of Argentine and Italian)
  • Only one shitty season (hot summers)

Plus the entire country: rainforests, desert, mountains, and more. I have a lot of exploring to do this year.

“How’s Your Spanish?”

Nothing to write home about.

I still get flustered during even basic interactions.

No excuses, either. I just haven’t prioritized when I’ve left the country (for 1-2 months at a time), and even when I am here: I haven’t made enough of an effort to get out and practice. I spend a lot of days at home, buried in my laptop.

Game plan this year is to stick with a moderate, slow-progressing study plan.

I know I’ll fizzle out if I try to ramp up too much.

Work

Since my last group coaching program (Fitter in 50) came to a close later last year, I’ve been very singularly focused on private coaching, since so many group coaching members switched over for more support and accountability.

So currently, no plans for another group coaching program.

You can learn all about private coaching, and how it’ll help you here.

If you’re not ready for coaching yet, all good! You can join my private email list right here, get my most popular nutrition guide for free, and get all my best content straight to your inbox 1-2 days per week.

That’s it for updates at the moment!

If you want to reach out say hello, or if I can be helpful in any way: don’t hesitate to shoot me an email! I mean it when I say I’m always happy to chat.

And if you haven’t already, be sure to request a free copy of the One-Stop Nutrition Guide.
